Real Estate Advisory Director

Gambit Search are excited to be working with an elite practice, financially backed who are pushing the growth of a specialist are in their London office.They are now looking to appoint an Associate Director and Director to play a key role in the continued growth of their Real Estate Advisory practice.For both commercial and residential property, you lead on high-profile real estate advisory mandates and complex transactions, covering but not being limited to:Special situationsDebt and equity raisingIn this role, you'll be structuring and executing on advisory mandates in the real estate space advising clients on capital structures, investment and financing options amongst other strategic matters. As an Associate Director or Director, you'll be the primary contact to ensure negotiations are smooth and transactions get completed.This is a major growth area for this team and as such there is a clear path up to Partner level with plans to hire staff and really scale the team. The team is currently lead by a well-known real-estate leader in the space who will be able to take you on a great journey career-wise.To be considered:-A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or RICS strongly preferred)Extensive experience in real estate finance or advisory (restructuring, corporate finance, debt advisory etc)Real estate sector knowledge is keyA proven track record in execution of dealsStrong financial modelling, commercial judgement and negotiation skillsThis will suit someone who works in an advisory role currently and has handled mandates within the real estate sector.If you're interested, apply below or contact me directly.
