This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA / ACCA qualified accountant to join a global growing business.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the monthly reporting, consolidation and disclosure for the companyLead and manage relationships with other teams to ensure outputs are delivered as scheduledLead and manage consolidated statutory account drafting process and perform primary review of outputManage entity statutory account review processManage the relationship with Group auditorsDocument owner of the Group Accounting & Procedures PolicyProcess owner of the Group Consolidation ProcessesReport owner of standard Group reportsPrimary contributor for Audit Committee papers on “Audit & Control matters” and “Review of Results” sectionsManage the capital authorisation processResponsible for controlling transactional banking for the GroupManage Head Office company accounting and related processesEnsure that all accounting functions are undertaken in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Corporate Policies and best practice business principlesMonitor, review and understand the performance of the GroupAssist in managing the tax position of the GroupReview consolidated forecasts and budget submissionsReview cash management reportsManage a team of Group Finance StaffRequirementsStrong technical knowledge of IFRSDetail orientedProfessional, diligent and results drivenEffective communicator at all levels (verbal/written)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
