We’re partnered with a global entertainment group behind some of the world’s most recognisable attractions. They’re hiring a Global Planning Director to sit within their Insights & Strategy function and take ownership of how the business plans, aligns and delivers go‑to‑market activity across multiple brands and regions.This role acts as the central link between global Centres and regional teams, ensuring planning is insight‑led, coordinated and commercially aligned. It’s a high‑visibility position with significant influence across brand, marketing, digital and commercial teams.What you’ll be doing:Leading the global go‑to‑market planning calendarOwning annual and multi‑year planning cyclesAligning global plans with wider commercial and strategic priorities Coordinating major campaigns, seasonal activity and product launchesRunning the weekly, monthly and quarterly planningWhat they’re looking for:Senior experience in marketing, planning or strategy within a global organisationStrong strategic planning and programme management capabilitySolid understanding of brand, digital and campaign analyticsData‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into actionBackground in entertainment, tourism or hospitality is a bonusAbility to lead global planning cyclesStrong stakeholder management and influencing abilityCollaborative leadership styleCommercially minded with a focus on ROICurious, innovative and comfortable with evolving planning toolsWhy this role stands out:You’ll shape how a global entertainment brand plans for growth, connects teams across continents and brings major strategies to life, with real visibility at senior level.
