Community neuro caseload across home and community settings: Stroke (ESD), ABI, MS, Parkinson’s, MND . What you’ll do Functional, goal‑focused neuro rehab in the home Cognitive/perceptual assessment, upper‑limb rehab, fatigue/tone management Reablement, equipment/adaptations, seating/positioning Home visits, risk assessments, ESD and safe discharge planning MDT working and clear documentation (e.g., COPM, GAS, MoCA, ARAT) What we’re looking for HCPC‑registered OT Recent Band 6 community neuro experience (NHS preferred) Confident with domiciliary assessments and risk management UK RTW + enhanced DBS Car driver Nice to have: ESD stroke experience, splinting/positioning, Bobath handling.
