Job Description

We are partnered with a leading global consulting company who are seeking an AI & Intelligent Automation Director to define and deliver enterprise-wide AI, Machine Learning and Intelligent Automation strategies across complex transformation programmes. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision, technical leadership and commercial delivery, driving the adoption of scalable AI solutions across enterprise environments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI capabilities that accelerate innovation, improve decision‑making and transform business operations. What You’ll Do Define and deliver enterprise AI and Intelligent Automation strategy Lead AI architecture, governance and Responsible AI frameworks Design and implement enterprise AI and automation solutions Drive adoption of AI technologies including GenAI and Large Language Models Lead data and AI platform strategy across modern cloud environments Oversee AI engineering, MLOps and automation delivery teams Work closely with C‑suite stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps Support business development and strategic client engagements Build and lead high‑performing global AI and data teams Ensure secure, scalable and compliant AI implementations Key Experience Required Extensive experience delivering enterprise AI and automation programmes Strong technical background in AI, machine learning and automation platforms Experience with Python and enterprise application architectures (e.g. .NET) Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) Experience delivering AI strategy and governance frameworks Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership Proven leadership of large technical or consulting teams Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills Experience of working within a large consulting firm Lancaster Resources Ltd is operating as an employment agency for this opportunity.
