This role will be suitable for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience.The FirmA highly regarded London-based law firm with a top-tier Private Wealth practice is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join its team. The firm is known for delivering bespoke, commercially astute advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, often with complex international affairs. The team is split into three sub teams, with a focus on onshore, offshore and agriculture & estates. Each team are consistently ranked in Tier 1 for their private client team.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to work alongside leading experts in the field. The role involves advising UK and international clients on a wide range of private wealth matters, including tax, trusts, estate planning, and family governance. This role will be predominantly focused on onshore clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on UK and cross-border estate and succession planning.Drafting wills, trusts, and related documentation.Providing strategic advice on UK tax residency and domicile issues.Working closely with advisors in other jurisdictions to deliver integrated solutions.Supporting clients with the structuring and transfer of family wealth.Why Apply?The private client practice ranks among one of the best in the city for reputation, client base and quality of work.
