The product is already live in the market, customers are established, and the focus now is on strengthening sales leadership, improving decision-making, and scaling in a smarter way. The role Lead and develop an established sales team Act as the commercial escalation point and bring structure before issues become costly Stay close to the market, customers, and deals when needed Improve sales processes, forecasting, and decision-making Work directly with senior management in a flat hierarchy Combine leadership with hands‑on involvement where it adds value What they are looking for Proven leadership experience in B2B sales Background sellingsoftware products, ideally within theautomotive industry Existing network in automotive, mobility, or related tech markets Experience in start‑up or scale‑up environments FluentGermanspeaker This role is ideal for a sales leader who wantsfreedom, trust, and real influence, and who enjoys building strong commercial foundations rather than maintaining heavy corporate structures.
