What the day will look likeSome of your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:Lead the design, strategy, and placement of PI programmesDrive new business development through prospecting, broking design, and client presentationsShape and implement broking strategies for key clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal collaborators to align solutions with strategic objectivesProvide expert market insights and guidance, resolving placement issues and enhancing client serviceMentor and support colleagues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business procedures

Skills and experience that will lead to successYour skills and qualifications will include:ACII qualified or actively working towards certification, demonstrating commitment to professional developmentStrong knowledge of Professional Indemnity market practices and technical expertise, ensuring informed decision-makingExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to present effectively and build trust with stakeholdersCollaborative team player, able to work closely with colleagues across teams and departmentsProactive and improvement-focused, embracing new working practices to enhance quality and efficiency
