Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB)

Overview An established Architectural practice are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD). You would join an established team as you look to ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value. Their well-established processes and systems set them apart from much of the industry, providing you with an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You would work in a Hybrid pattern from their beautiful London office. Responsibilities Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this.
