National Sales Manager – Premium Workplace & Wellbeing Solutions Location: Bristol (Hybrid) – national remit Salary: £65,000+ per year + bonus, benefits, electric company car, progress to senior leadership Employment type: Full‑time Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Office Furniture and Fixtures Manufacturing and Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing The Opportunity This is a pivotal commercial leadership role within a fast‑growing, values‑driven business. You’ll take ownership of the national sales strategy, managing and developing a small team and driving performance across the dealer, channel and key account network. You’ll lead revenue growth, strengthen relationships with the UK’s top workplace and healthcare dealers, and work closely with marketing and operations to launch new product lines and expand market share. About You Proven B2B sales experience within design‑led manufacturing, office furniture, workplace solutions, healthcare, or wellbeing products. Track record of success in dealer, distributor or channel sales with large‑ticket, consultative solutions. Confidence leading and motivating a team to deliver ambitious growth targets. Strategic mindset with ability to build long‑term commercial relationships and spot new revenue opportunities. Strong commercial acumen and comfortable managing key accounts, tenders and negotiations. Collaborative, curious and hands‑on – equally happy in board meetings or customer showrooms. Why ergochair®?
