Role Overview Fiercely independent broker seeking a Cargo and Stock Throughput Leader to build out a global proposition. The broker already handles international Hull and Machinery and War business, receives cargo enquiries, and is looking for a true leader to capitalize on this opportunity. The role involves working with both 1st and 3rd‑party business, driving growth, developing talent, and travelling internationally to meet and prospect for new clients. Responsibilities Drive growth and expand the cargo business pipeline. Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing team across multiple regions. Build and maintain client relationships with 1st and 3rd‑party partners. Represent the broker at international conferences and prospect for new clients.
