Brain Injury Lawyer - Mainly Remote Working (Claimant) Head Office: Manchester Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 The Role Operating differently from traditional law firms, the firm intentionally maintains very low caseloads to prioritise excellence in client care and support. In this position, you will manage approximately 5 complex, high-value TBI cases, with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload that includes clinical negligence claims, furthering professional development. The Ideal Candidate We seek highly motivated lawyers (Solicitors or CILEx) with a minimum of 8 years PQE and experience managing multi-track serious injury cases. While extensive experience in TBI is not essential—training and support will be provided—you should have solid experience preparing schedules of loss, drafting witness statements, and handling claims exceeding £500k.
