Head of Exhibitor Relations, Frieze (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)Frieze are hiring a Head of Exhibitor Relations to join the team in a 1 year fixed-term contract to ensure the delivery of all Exhibitor services, coordination of Exhibitor processes and systems for all fairs and taking on management of the Exhibitor Relations team in London.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:ExhibitorProcesses CoordinationOversee theexhibitortimeline across all fairsLiaise with Director of Exhibitor Relations, Fair Directors and teams to ensure fairs are delivered on time and on budgetTrack improvements implementation year-round across all fairsCoordinate team debriefs with other departments and external contractors across all fairsMaintain, review and updateexhibitorproceduresLead conversation with Digital team to ensure maintenance and developmentofexhibitorsites and platformsLiaise with Data team to ensure consistency and accuracyofourExhibitordatabaseEnsure consistencyofprocedures and decisions across all fairsKeep accurate and up to date information on other art fairsCoordinate team to produce research and analysis as required by DirectorsSupport Expo Chicago and The Armory Show teams on the onboarding to Friezeโ€™s systems and proceduresExhibitorServices DeliveryOversee applications process across all fairs to ensure informed decision making and timely launchOversee Committee meetings preparation and delivery across all fairs, including results processOverseeexhibitormanual launch across all fairs to ensure informed decision making and timely launchOversee stand plan process across all fairs to ensure accurate inform process and timely signoffLead conversations with Production team and external contractors to ensure best possible experience forexhibitorsLead liaison with Finance team across all fairs, oversee gallery invoicing and debt collection processOversee year-round communications to galleriesOverseedelivery of all online material related to gallery information and contentSupport Directors in the deliveryofthe curated sectionsBe the pointofescalation forexhibitorrelated issues for Exhibitor Relations Managers, Coordinators and Assistants, year-round and onsiteMake recommendations on the overallExhibitorstrategy across all fairsSupport research and implementationofinnovations relating to galleriesExhibitorTeam ManagementManageand oversee the Exhibitor team on the delivery of all fairsHold 1:1s and fair specific meetingsDefine team members goals, whilst supporting their development and performanceRecruit and train new team members as neededKnowledge & SkillsetProven experience working in the arts and/or events at a senior levelHighly organised with ability to manage and deliver on fast-paced timelineStrong leadership, management and communication skillsAbility to foster growth and development within a teamExperience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex and high-quality events/projectsStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsDemonstrated success in budget managementFamiliarity with project management tools and CRM systemsWorking Conditions:Working hours: 9am-5pmPlease note this is a 1 Year Fixed-term Contract.Weekend work likely required around the week of the fairs.Our Diversity & Inclusion StatementFrieze unites people in our love of the arts.
