Mot Tester

We’re recruiting an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy, well-equipped automotive centre in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern workshop with the latest technology, tools, and equipment, delivering a first-class MOT experience to customers. The Role: * Carry out full vehicle examinations to MOT standards * Work closely with the service team, keeping them updated on vehicle progress * Clearly brief colleagues on completed work * Discuss technical issues with customers when required * Deliver a professional, courteous, and efficient service * Maintain and develop strong technical knowledge * Embrace new ways of working to improve efficiency * Support fellow technicians during busy periods and take ownership of workshop safety What We’re Looking For: * Valid MOT licence * Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly * Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing development * Customer-focused with safety and experience always front of mind * A true team player * Methodical, quality-driven, xbpsjku and process-focused * Honest, reliable, and high integrity What’s On Offer: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension * Death in service scheme * Up to 34k, dependent on experience * Excellent working environment with genuine career progression Interested?
