As a Spa Therapist at our brand-new Palé Hall Spa & Gym, you will deliver exceptional, personalised treatments while ensuring guests experience the highest standards of comfort, relaxation, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies. Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times. Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products. Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. xbpsjku Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym. Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.
