Plumber Are you looking for a Plumber role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company? VANRATH are recruiting a Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This will be an initial 3 month contract with great possibility of it leading to a permanent position. Remuneration: £31,200 + van / fuel card / package Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions. Install and repair water heaters, boilers, and other plumbing-related appliances. Ensure compliance with current plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including maintenance logs and safety checks. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Communicate effectively with clients and tenants to explain necessary work and provide maintenance advice. Any other reasonable management request. The Ideal Person: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent. Valid JIB card Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction Proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work. Knowledge of current plumbing codes and standards. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Full UK driving license. Basic AccessNI Check is required.
