The Opportunity This position offers the chance to define and lead our Crypto & Web3 practice. You will partner with leading blockchain, DeFi, and digital asset organisations worldwide, driving the strategy, partnerships, and commercial development of this emerging business. You will have full autonomy to shape the division’s growth, backed by the infrastructure and reputation of an established FinTech recruitment leader. Key Responsibilities Design and execute Ashmore Stark’s market entry and expansion strategy for the cryptocurrency and Web3 talent sectors. Build, mentor, and lead a specialist team of consultants focused on blockchain, DeFi, and crypto‑infrastructure clients.
