Corporate Tax Director, Corporate & International TaxManchester City CentrePackage: £100,000 - £120,000 + Benefits + Bonus We are working with a leading Big 4 Accountancy firm in Manchester who are looking to bring in an experienced Tax Director join their corporate & international tax business in the North. This is one of the more established corporate & international teams Manchester who offer a good mixture of compliance & advisory work, supporting FTSE 250/100, AIM listed and US Inbound clients. Responsibilities: Lead the organisation's global corporate and international tax strategy Oversee all corporate tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions Manage global tax planning, including cross?border structuring and optimisation Ensure adherence to international tax regulations (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two) Direct global transfer pricing policies, documentation, and audits. Assess and manage tax risks, leading responses to tax audits and disputes Advise senior leadership on tax implications of business decisions, M&A, and restructurings. Collaborate with finance, legal, treasury, and operational teams on tax?related matters.
