AXA Retail have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join their Pricing and Analytics department and be accountable for the delivery and quality of all pricing models. This will include claims cost, market models, and other optimisation input models.You’ll collaborate effectively across AXA Retail to support our strategy and develop an ongoing programme of model refreshes, that allocates resource in keeping with our ambition.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our London office, visiting clients or attending industry events.We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.What you’ll be doing:Accountable for claims, market, and optimisation input models.Develop ongoing programme of model refreshes that allocates resource in keeping with our strategy.Ensure models are refreshed on a timely basis and in line with all Governance and Group standards.Promote innovation and new techniques to improve all pricing models, working closely with Data Science and ML teams.Review the impact on customers of pricing actions and act on this.Responsible for timely and fair evaluation and onboarding of new external data sources.Collaborate effectively across AXA Retail to support our strategy.Lead our Modelling department, coaching and developing direct reports.Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest.
