Head of Consulting – Overview pobl. is a talent consultancy specialising in medical communications, healthcare advertising and market access. We work with international clients on a range of hiring needs, from entry-level to executive appointments. The company is hiring for an established life sciences consultancy that is seeking a Head of Consulting to join its leadership team. This role is pivotal for a senior leader with significant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech industries and a proven track record in consulting practice growth. You will set the strategic vision for the consulting practice, expand client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high‑impact solutions to a global client base. Responsibilities Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the consulting practice, expanding successful offerings and securing new commercial opportunities aligned with the company's revenue strategy. Manage, mentor, and expand a diverse and talented team of consultants, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and supportive environment. Play an integral role within the leadership team, collaborating with the Head of Sales and CEO to drive new business through thought leadership, proposal development, and project design methodologies. Qualifications Significant tenure in the life sciences industry (at least a decade) and at least 7 years in consulting, with experience across the pharma value chain. Demonstrable experience in growing a team and successfully scaling a consulting practice.
