Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a digital specialist across display and programmatic to advance to the role of Account Director. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end‑to‑end digital strategy and output for one or more client accounts across display and programmatic.
Build and sustain client and partner relationships, serving as the key digital point of contact.
Identify opportunities to innovate and present new ideas to stakeholders, securing backing.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver multiple projects on time and to standard.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners and tech platforms.
Oversee the creation of comprehensive digital media plans, articulate rationale for tactics, and present to stakeholders.
Set up, monitor, and report on digital campaigns across all platforms, ensuring quality assurance and best‑practice compliance.
Lead client calls, prepare and deliver performance commentary, recommendations, and trend insights.
Ensure accurate and timely end‑of‑campaign reporting, quarterly reviews, and research projects.
Lead the planning team, assign workloads, mentor junior planners, and support their development.
Collaborate with planning and channel specialists to align digital activity with the wider marketing mix.
Contribute to thought‑leadership pieces, POVs, and agency initiatives.
Manage finance processes for the department, ensuring accurate invoicing and refund queries are minimized.
Skills and Experience
Strategic Campaign Management: Proven background in planning, managing, and optimizing display and programmatic campaigns.
Reporting & Insights: Skilled at compiling detailed reports, presenting updates, and conducting QBRs/annual reviews.
Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Track record of building strong relationships, confident in client presentations and calls.
Collaboration & Attitude: Positive, proactive, solutions‑focused approach in a team setting.
Team Leadership & Development: Line management experience, mentoring, and fostering an inclusive, supportive team environment.

You have experience in a busy agency or client‑side display and programmatic team, bring strong strategic thinking, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
