Financial Controller

With a collaborative culture and an entrepreneurial spirit, the company has ambitious growth plans and is investing heavily in technology and systems transformation to support its next phase of development.The Role:This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across all aspects of finance: statutory and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, systems and process improvement, tax and compliance, as well as supporting M&A activity. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to play a central role in scaling the finance function and preparing the business for future growth.The Individual:The business has a collegiate culture with a relatively flat structure, offering a supportive but fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a hands-on approach, strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record in leading finance within a growth-oriented SME or international environment.
