Key Responsibilities Support the Principal Designer role under Building Regulations and CDM Lead design coordination and decision making Work directly with clients, consultants and contractors Ensure compliance with Building Regulations 2010/2023 and CDM 2015 Produce and review technical drawings using CAD and Revit Provide guidance on construction health and safety matters Support residential and industrial projects Assist with HRB work and Gateway processes where required Carry out site inspections when needed The Company Vextrix was founded to create a socially responsible business where clients and employees feel valued.
