This is a London based role. You’ll play a pivotal role in advising on high-profile transactions, managing technically demanding projects, and driving growth in a supportive, forward-thinking team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead employment tax advisory and compliance projects across diverse sectors.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.Manage complex consulting engagements, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.Stay ahead of technical developments and industry trends, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.About YouSignificant experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.Strong technical knowledge of key employment tax issues, including:Expenses & Benefits (PSAs, P11Ds)Employment Status (IR35)Payroll (PAYE, RTI, audits)Termination Payments, CIS, NMWHMRC audits and disclosuresProven track record in business development and project delivery.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.ATT and/or CTA qualifications (or equivalent) preferred.For more information and a confidential conversation, please contact me on sarahreid@brewermorris.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
