Your role is to raise the standard and scale it globally.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment PropositionDesign and evolve global model portfolios and multi-asset strategiesBalance flexibility and choice without creating complexity or chaosMaintain a coherent, disciplined, and scalable investment frameworkGovernance & RegulationOperate confidently across UK, DIFC/UAE, EU, US, Australia, and AsiaOwn investment governance, oversight, documentation, and auditabilityTranslate investment thinking into clear, client-ready languageEquip advisers with materials they actually useBe present in difficult markets and key client conversationsLeadership & Team BuildLead, develop, and expand the investment functionSet standards, create accountability, and remove bottlenecksBuild a high-performance, ego-free cultureExternal Managers & PartnersSelect, challenge, and remove providers where necessaryBuild in-house capability where it strengthens the platformStrategic EvolutionBring new ideas (private markets, innovation, technology, AI)Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and LeadershipContinuously raise the bar as the firm scalesNon-NegotiablesThis is a senior leadership role.
