Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Central London Permanent | Full-time | Sensory Integration–Led | Outstanding Facilities | Career Development Are you an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? You’ll be joining a warm, collaborative team who work closely with families, often high-profile professionals, meaning strong communication, relationship‑building, and clinical confidence are key. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist , you will: Lead, supervise, and mentor Band 5 & 6 OTs Manage your own clinical caseload (13–17 clients per week) Oversee quality of assessments, interventions & outcomes Deliver expert SI‑based therapy in a state-of-the-art environment Provide home/school recommendations & online therapy sessions Collaborate with an MDT including SLTs, Psychologists & Educators Shape service development and support strategic growth Contribute to a supportive, empowered clinical culture Training & Professional Development You’ll be supported with exceptional ongoing development, including: A six‑week structured onboarding programme A two‑year sensory integration training pathway Direct SI training & supervision from an experienced clinical leader Opportunities to supervise juniors & student placements Involvement in shaping the future direction of the service ✔️ What We’re Looking For HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist 5+ years’ OT experience, including 2+ years in paediatrics Sensory Integration experience or certification Confident communicator with strong clinical judgment Experience supervising or mentoring others (desirable) Passion for family-centred, neurodiversity‑affirming practice Benefits 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) Employee Assistance Programme 24/7 GP access Legal support Fitness & lifestyle discounts (3,600+ health clubs) Bonus scheme linked to treatment outcomes Structured, ongoing SI training A Role With Impact and Purpose This is a standout opportunity to join a growing, values‑driven service where your expertise shapes not only client outcomes but the development of the team and wider organisation.
