Senior Technical Manager – Office to Residential

A London based contractor seeks an experienced Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of new build housing and apartments projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Conversion/Refurbishment schemes, especially the transformation of offices to residential units. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements, alongside required site visits.
