Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum (£24,000 - £25,000 per annum pro-rated)Bracknell areaSecondary schoolJob OverviewWe are seeking a Behaviour, Support and Inclusion specialist Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated secondary school team (ages 11-18). This is an exciting opportunity to support a happy and successful schoool community committed to high standards, inclusive practice and exceptional teaching.The role sits within a large, multi-academy trust operating across several regions in the South and South West of England. Staff are encouraged to contribute ideas, grow professionally and learn from one another.Main Responsibilities Promote disruption-free learning throughout the school Manage challenging behaviour and provide focused support to individual students Assist colleagues responding to on-call requests, escalating concerns when necessary Contact parents and carers to help build strong, positive relationships Remove students from lessons when behaviour becomes disruptive Support the Reflection Room (internal exclusion) and manage related processes Oversee paperwork for fixed-term exclusions and liaise with relevant stakeholders Track and monitor student progress within the Reflection Room and provide feedback to staff Deliver effective pastoral support using a trauma-informed approach Additional duties can be found in the Job Pack.You Will Need GCSEs (A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths Experience working with vulnerable children and/or adults Experience delivering intervention groups Familiarity with Management Information Systems For further information, please call our schools team on or email Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
