ATA Recruitment is continuing to grow in Leeds and is looking to appoint an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to our Maintenance Engineering desk. The Role and About You As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for your desk from the outset, including: Developing strong, long-term client partnerships through a consultative and value-led approach Managing and growing your own client portfolio, delivering recruitment solutions clients rely on Identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and seeing the impact of your work through successful placements Using your market knowledge to identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand your desk strategically We re looking for someone ready to step up and further their recruitment career. You ll bring: A proven track record in a 360 recruitment role (engineering experience is advantageous) The ability to build credible, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates A strong sense of ambition and motivationThe ability to stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment A desire to take ownership of your desk and shape your own career path Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join ATA Recruitment?
