Commercial Heating Engineer

*Commercial Heating Engineer and Pipefitters * *Munns Limited *are looking to hire *Commercial Heating Engineers* within London, East London and Kent area. The role will include installation and refurbishment of commercial plant rooms, schools, police stations, hospitals and other commercial buildings. Tasks will vary from project to project but may include simple boiler replacement or full plant room and / or heating pipework refurbishments. In addition to the above there will also be heating, and boiler maintenance works and some servicing. The hours are *08.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday*, overtime will be available, there will be call out Rota to cover all out of hours calls, this will approximately be one in every *7 weeks*. Rates will be up to *£60,0000* but will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications Experience: * Commercial heating installations: 5 years minimum (required) * Commercial Plumbing / heating: 3 years (required) * Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Job Type: Full-time *Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year * Job Type: Full-time Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year Experience: * Commercial boiler installation and maintenance: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person
