This is a really interesting and exciting opportunity for anyone who likes to feel valued. My client is a multi disciplined consultant who work across a variety of sectors and markets. The person they are looking for must have a strong background in Human Factors Engineering in the Nuclear sector. What my client can offer is fairly unique. They have the backing of a well established and robust business but the Human Factors team is relatively small and nimble so can offer a very friendly and fair place to operate. The person who heads up the team has an amazing track record and reputation in the sector and is someone who recognises the benefits of working collaboratively. They want to build a team of Human Factors practitioners who have a genuine depth of knowledge to offer clients bespoke and smart solutions. If you like to work with people who are passionate about Human Factors and have the ambition and drive to be part of a growing team then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
