Financial Director

The Company: Real Estate Investment firm The location: London City Centre (5 days in office) We are currently working a growing Real Estate Investment firm who are looking for a Finance Director to join, having complete ownership of the finance function and help in the companies continuous growth. The role: Oversight of the full finance function Maintenance & Oversight of all bookkeeping, reconciliation including transactional accounting Partnering with stakeholders on cost control, forecasting & drawdowns Deliver investor communications and fund updates Manage equity drawdowns and distributions Manage equity drawdowns and distributions in line with fund and JV documentation Ensure compliance with UK tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT Experience with transformation, implementing new systems etc Prior Experience: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and CFA qualification would be advantageous Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and financial reporting standards Experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Investment or Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
