Performance Director

We are looking for a Performance Director to join an international scale-up at its most exciting inflection point yet.If you’ve scaled fast-growing brands and thrive in the "experiment-fail-fast-win-big" cycle, this is for you.You will be responsible for:Defining and executing the customer acquisition strategy across web and app globally.Leading growth at scale, managing large multi-million pound monthly budgets across a wide range of measurable channels.Building a growth machine that drives high-velocity paid social and app campaign activity.Identifying new channels, platforms and partners and encourage a test and learn environment.Leading and inspiring a talented team of performance experts.You will be a champion of experimentation in the business and have scaled a fast growing DTC business.
