About the Role Lead Audit Engagements:Oversee multiple audit engagements from planning to final report delivery within agreed timescales. Client Interaction:Work closely with clients, ensuring exceptional service. Stakeholder Management:Manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders at audited entities, working with senior-level staff. Collaboration:Collaborate closely with senior leaders up to Partner level. About You Qualifications:ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent). Experience:Prior experience at an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager level. Sector Expertise:Relevant Not-for-Profit sector audit experience. Technical Knowledge:Proficient in UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant SORPs. Leadership:Significant experience leading external audits, managing a portfolio of clients, and leading audit teams. Team Management:Experience in managing, training, and coaching team members.
