You will partner with a specific business unit, working with a diverse number of stakeholders to identify and tackle recruitment needs and trends. Lead a team of talented recruiters to deliver the best possible talent attraction and candidate experience. Design and deliver appropriate social media employer branding and recruitment strategy. Build strong relationships with both, internal and external stakeholders. Promote the organisation through recruitment and industry networking events. Requirements: Previous experience in a business partnering role in within a fast-paced industry ( e.g.retail, media, technology) Proven experience in stakeholders management. Previous success maximising internal resourcing capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
