We are looking for a Corporate Tax Director to join a Top-20 accountancy firm in Southampton. This role requires expertise in corporate tax and a strong ability to manage client relationships effectively. It operates as a leading organisation with middle‑market clients and a focus on delivering exceptional client solutions. Description Provide expert corporate tax advice and consultancy services to a diverse client base. Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and development. Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic business solutions. Contribute to business development initiatives to support the growth of the tax department. Profile A successful Corporate Tax Director should have: Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent). Extensive experience in corporate tax within the professional services sector. Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and deliver high‑quality results. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of tax professionals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. A strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth and planning opportunities. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £100,000 per annum.
