Audio Visual Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AV and Events Manager to be part of a team supporting the current and future needs of the organisation through delivering high-quality technical support for events and managing AV infrastructure across the Trust.

Job responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and deliver AV support for school events including concerts, productions, assemblies
• Collaborate with staff and external contractors to plan and execute AV setups for performances and events
• Act as technical lead for events, advising on acoustics, lighting, stage layout, and health and safety
• Manage AV equipment including sound systems, lighting rigs, video and projection tools
• Maintain and improve AV infrastructure across school sites, ensuring systems are up-to-date and compliant

Candidate profile:

• Strong technical knowledge of AV and lighting systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with staff
• Professional, customer focused approach with strong organisational and interpersonal abilities

Role information:

• Salary: £43,000 - £50,500
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working hours: 7:30 – 3:30pm
• Location: Ealing
