We’re currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing operation in Warrington. If you’re a safety-focused, experienced professional who takes pride in your work, we offer a long-term career with a business that values professionalism, reliability, and respect.\n\nYou’ll be working on trunking and box work, operating well-maintained vehicles to complete timed deliveries and collections across our national network.\n\nWhat You Can Expect\n\nTypical annual earnings of £43,000\n (Includes basic pay, shift enhancements, bonuses, and overtime)\n\nFlexible shift patterns available:\n • Monday–Friday\n • Sunday–Thursday\n • Tuesday–Saturday\n • Start windows: 13:00–16:00 | 16:00–19:00 | 19:00–22:00\n • Casual shifts also available\n\n30 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)\n\nMonthly pay with company pension scheme\n\nModern, clean, and reliable fleet\n\nOvertime available and opportunities for progression\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\nOperate a Class 1 vehicle safely, legally, and efficiently\n\nComplete all deliveries and collections to schedule and standard\n\nConduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly\n\nFollow company procedures and ensure full compliance with EU Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations\n\nMaintain accurate records and work in partnership with our transport team\n\nAct as a professional ambassador for MTT at all times\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n✅ Valid C+E (Class 1) licence\n\n✅ Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card\n\n✅ Strong understanding of EU Drivers’ Hours and WTD legislation\n\n✅ No more than 6 points on licence (no TT, DD, or DR codes)\n\n✅ Professional, safety-first mindset and excellent communication skills\n\n️ Ex-forces backgrounds highly encouraged to apply – your discipline and attention to detail align with our core values\n\nWhy Work with MTT?\n\nAs part of Kinaxia Logistics, MTT combines the strength of a group network with a focus on people, service, and operational excellence.
