You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO, executive team, and board, helping set strategy, energize performance, and embed commercial thinking across the business. You’ll bring fresh perspectives to pricing, bids, reporting, and more while building a high-performing finance team that thrives on clarity and results. Who we’re looking for: 5+ years as a CFO, within consultancy, media or professional services. Proven experience in mid-market private equity-backed businesses Ability to bring clarity and confidence in ambiguous situations, influencing decisions at board level. Passion for developing teams, processes, and commercial decision‑making. Experience with equity processes, M&A, exits, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
