Since then the firm has grown to what it is today and is now one of the largest accountancy practices in the area with offices in York and Goole. Our core client base is owner-managed businesses and we act for clients throughout the UK.

We have a vacancy for an additional member of staff for our busy Payroll Bureau based in Goole.

What will you be doing?

• Processing payrolls, gross to net
\n
• Processing HMRC submissions
\n
• Calculation of statutory payments
\n
• Liaising directly with clients
\n
• Resolving queries and general support
\n
• Working towards tight deadlines
\n
• Sending BACS transmissions
\n
• Preparation of P45s and P60s
\n

What will you need?

\n
• You will have a minimum of a year’s previous experience in Payroll and knowledge of associated tasks
\n
• Have an understanding of Auto Enrolment
\n
• Computer literate
\n
• Good numeracy skills
\n
• High attention to detail
\n
• Team player
\n
