When we work together we can do amazing things. We are seeking an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to support our operations at our Corporate Head Office in Belfast. Our Head Office is adjoined to the four-star Stormont Hotel and located just minutes away from Belfast City Centre. As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising rooms revenue, market share, and profitability through effective pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution channel optimisation. Required Criteria A right to work in the United Kingdom Educated to Level 6 (Undergraduate Degree) or the equivalent in a relevant field e.g. Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics A minimum of 3 years experience in a Revenue Management role within a high-quality hotel environment (4 or 5-star) A strong working knowledge of: Opera Cloud PMS, EZYRMS Revenue Management System, Sabre SynXis CRS and GDS, Availpro D-EDGE Channel Manager, Lighthouse, & STR Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Please see the job description for a full list of competencies Desired Criteria Experience managing revenue strategy across multiple properties or in a cluster arrangement Skills Needed Financial Analysis for Decisions, Revenue Forecasting, Strategy Formulation, Communication, Building Relationships About The Company Hastings Hotels owns and operates six hotels in Northern Ireland, with over 1,000 bedrooms, one stand-alone grill bar/restaurant and a luxury spa.
