Head of Property Management – Liverpool – £36k Location: Liverpool city centre. We are partnered with a leading property management firm based in Liverpool city centre and are looking for an experienced property professional to lead and manage a successful property management team. In this position, you will receive support and guidance from the directors and fellow senior management team. Role Requirements Managing a team of 5 property managers Monitoring performance and setting KPI’s Holding 1‑to‑1’s and supporting with recruitment Overseeing the residential portfolio and assisting the team where needed Provide excellent customer service Liaising efficiently with other departments Salary & Benefits £33,000 salary + commission 9‑5 Monday‑Friday, no weekend work ARLA Sponsorship Generous holiday package + bank holidays off Modern office space Qualifications & Skills Needed 3+ years’ experience in residential property management Experience in managing a team of property managers Full UK Driving Licence Customer service focused Excellent time management and people skills How to Apply If this position interests you, please get in touch with Luke Bates at luke@onepropertyrecruitment.co.uk.
