The Role As Registered Home Manager, you will have full accountability for the home’s performance, supported by a strong Deputy Manager, experienced clinical leads and an engaged regional leadership team. Your focus will be on: Sustaining high standards of nursing, residential and dementia care Maintaining excellent compliance and inspection outcomes Leading, developing and retaining a settled, committed team Upholding the home’s strong reputation for quality and family engagement Managing the operational and commercial performance of a high-occupancy service Being a visible, hands-on leader within the home This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the floor, building relationships with residents, families and staff, and taking pride in running an already excellent service. About You You will be an experienced and credible care home leader, comfortable taking responsibility for a well-performing, flagship home.
