Director of Software Engineering

Chief Technology Officer / CTO needed by fast growing, PE backed scale up who work with mid size to enterprise customers within the F/S sector. The Chief Technology Officer / CTO will manage a team of c.50 across development and implementation; the current product portfolio is predominately off the shelf but bespoke development is occasionally required, and where possible wrapped into the broader product suite. Salary Package: £150-170k + 20% Bonus + Benefits Sponsorship: Not Applicable The main focus of the Chief Technology Officer / CTO is to help the organisation scale by driving the adoption of open architecture and AI, enabling them to integrate seamlessly with client infrastructures via APIs & MCPs, specifically large / enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce. The Chief Technology Officer / CTO will also be a key point of differentiation and be expected to be a thought leader who will evangelise the power of technology to clients and prospects. The Chief Technology Officer / CTO must have: Significant experience as a CTO with a scaling tech / SaaS organisation (preferably £20M --> £100M or thereabouts) Excellent customer facing and stakeholder management skills Experience operating within a highly regulated sector - financial services would be ideal but is not a pre requisite Experience working with large to enterprise level customers in a client facing capacity A passion for technology, understand open architecture and the power and potential of AI Excellent people management skills and a track record of developing technical staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
