The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of foursalesprofessionals, supporting them to achieve both individual and teamobjectives.They will work closely with theGeneralManagerto drive sustainable growth and ensure the highest standards of commercial performance.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills
A background is hospitality isessentialfor this role
Experience managing and tailoringsalesagreements
Confident and polished presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building andmaintaininghigh-value relationships
