Legal Director - Projects

We are working with a market-leading national law firm who are seeking a Legal Director to join their Energy Projects team within their London office.The RoleThe successful candidate will lead a highly regarded Energy team, advising clients on all aspects of energy projects, with a focus on energy market commercial and regulatory advisory mandates. The candidate will work on matters such as UK energy regulation, policy, and market design, supporting M&A and project finance transactions, energy offtake agreements (including corporate PPAs), grid connection, and use of system arrangements.The candidate will provide transactional support on high-value projects while also working on innovative regulatory advisory matters.
