Junior HRBP

Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst | Global Pharmaceutical Company I’m currently supporting a global pharmaceutical company in hiring a Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst. This role offers a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain exposure across HR partnering while developing strong people analytics and reporting capabilities within an international environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support HR Partners across the employee lifecycle and HR operations • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and policy guidance • Assist with employee relations case coordination and documentation • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide people insights • Support key HR processes including talent reviews, performance cycles, and organisational initiatives Requirements: • 2–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR generalist support, or people analytics • Strong Excel/data analysis skills (Power BI or Tableau a plus) • Exposure to HR metrics, reporting, or workforce planning • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and handling confidential data • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights About Planet Pharma: Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
