You will leverage your extensive expertise in software, applications, technical processes, and product management to oversee multiple complex projects and initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the primary decision maker for your teams, fostering innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectivesMakes decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and proceduresCarries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operationsDelivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domainsManaging mid size technology teams, providing coaching, career development, mentorshipInfluences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teamsChampions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and expert applied experience. In addition, advanced experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseManaging a team in a matrixed environmentExperience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologistsExperience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talentExperience in speaking directly to business stakeholders to discuss requirements and project updates.Experience leading a product as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Development LeadFull stack Java expertisePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience working at code levelExperience in using Service NowAbout UsJ.P.
