Head of Investor Relations – Hedge Fund (boutique) – Up to £300k TC

A boutique hedge fund, with market leading performance in their space, and a rapidly expanding large AUM, are looking to hire their first Head of Investor Relations.The hire will directly support the Head of Sales, with a remit that focuses on managing existing investors, reporting and BD support. Whilst this is not a fundraising role, the position will be heavily aligned to asset raising and retention – he / she should expect to attend pitch calls, roadshow events and conferences alongside the fundraiser. That said, whilst there is admin support from the wider team, the hire must be comfortable having sole ownership for Investor data & marketing materials.Candidates should have roughly 5-10yrs experience in a hedge fund IR / marketing support role. Multi-strategy experience is preferred. The firm place an importance on all hires having excellent academic records.The role will offer the hire an attractive increase on base salary.
