Senior Production & Operations Engineer Build It, Scale It, Own It Oxford £competitive excellent benefits Were launching a brand-new Serial Production facility for advanced metal components and were looking for a Production Process Engineer to help build it from the ground up. In the first phase, youll act as a project lead, coordinating infrastructure, equipment, systems, and process readiness. Youll work across engineering, quality, and operations to ensure a smooth transition from development into stable, scalable production. Once live, youll own the production processes . That means driving robustness, leading root cause investigations, managing PFMEAs, defining KPIs, and ensuring processes are validated, controlled, and continuously improving. Youll be the technical authority for production performance focused on quality, yield, downtime, throughput, and cost. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on accountability and impact . Were looking for: 5 years in production, manufacturing, or process engineering Strong project management capability Proven experience with structured problem-solving and RCCA PFMEA ownership experience KPI-driven and data-focused mindset Lean / continuous improvement experience Confidence working cross-functionally Experience setting up new manufacturing operations or working in additive or batch production environments is highly desirable. xbpsjku If you want to help build a production operation properly not just maintain one this is your opportunity.
